TruTek Academy has the following cancellation and refund policy for all in-person and instructor-led Training Programs and Services. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before you register for our training and services.
Student Application Refund Policy:
The student is entitled to a full refund of their initial deposit (reservation fee), or any payments made towards the program (except for the non-refundable enrollment fee); prior to the class start date or latest by the first week of training.
If for any reason the student wish to withdraw from the training after the first week of attending classes, the student then becomes eligible for a 50% refund of their tuition fee or deposit.
Student is no longer eligible for a refund after the second week of training, however, initial deposit (reservation fee), or any payments made towards the program will be transferred to a future cohort should the student want to take the training again.
Any dispute with student’s bank after agreeing to these terms and conditions will be used to challenge students dispute and student will be banned from registering from any future services and/or trainings with TruTek Academy. Legal action can be taken against students who file disputes with their bank on payments made to TruTek Academy that goes against our policy that the student initially agreed to. Wrongful disputes against TruTek Academy will be reported to all 3 credit bureaus and will reflect on credit report.
TruTek Academy will also report dispute to collection agency and student will have to repay TruTek Academy the disputed amount.
